01
Responsible entity, scope, and effective date
JAXIE FOUNDATION INC is identified as the responsible publisher of KindKit Table for Android. This policy applies to version 1.0.0 of the app and its official static support pages. It is effective August 4, 2026. It does not govern unrelated websites, organizations, Android services, or future features that are not present in this release.
02
Intended audience and adult boundary
KindKit Table is a general educational packing aid for adults, community members, and adult-led households. An authorized adult must choose, inspect, manage, and supervise any kit intended for a child. The app does not create child accounts, invite children to submit information, connect adults with children, or replace safeguarding duties, product age guidance, or guardian judgment.
03
Purpose and core functions
The app provides eighteen original lessons, a visual tote, fixed generic item controls, optional drag-to-tote interaction, local quantities, optional generic checkmarks, a receipt-style local summary, source notes, and clear/reset controls. It does not apply for aid, determine eligibility, reserve or distribute supplies, show live inventory, verify a handoff, process donations, identify recipients, or provide emergency response.
04
Data collected, transmitted, and not collected
The publisher does not collect, receive, transmit, sell, or share app user data through KindKit Table. The app has no Internet permission or server connection. It does not request or provide fields for names, addresses, birthdays, email addresses, phone numbers, photos, contacts, health or allergy records, income, aid eligibility, immigration status, location, device identifiers, payment details, messages, or recipient stories.
05
On-device preferences and session state
The app may store only fixed generic item identifiers, whole-number quantities, generic item check states, the most recently opened lesson or drawer, and simple presentation preferences in Android SharedPreferences. These values describe a draft kit board, not a person. They remain inside the app's private storage on the device until the user clears them or removes the app.
06
Sensitive records, youth records, and free text
KindKit Table contains no free-text note, recipient profile, youth record, case file, intake form, attendance log, health field, allergy field, income field, eligibility decision, document upload, or photo capture. Users should not encode personal facts through unusual quantities or checkmark patterns. Sensitive or identifying information belongs in an authorized, appropriately protected real-world process, not this app.
07
Permissions and device access
The release requests no Internet, location, camera, microphone, contacts, files, media, notifications, phone, SMS, calendar, nearby-device, Bluetooth, advertising-ID, biometric, health, or other dangerous permission. It does not scan barcodes, read sensors, inspect other apps, access the clipboard, or run a background service. Android provides ordinary app-private storage and system lifecycle functions.
08
Accounts, login, and account deletion
There is no account, login, registration, authentication, cloud profile, username, password, or publisher-held account record. Account deletion is therefore not applicable. Users can remove app-managed local board state with Clear kit or Reset all local data. Uninstalling the app also removes its app-private local data, subject to the device platform's behavior.
09
Ads, analytics, tracking, attribution, telemetry, and SDKs
KindKit Table contains no advertising, analytics, attribution, tracking, telemetry, crash-reporting, remote-configuration, social, payment, donation, messaging, marketing, or cloud SDK. It does not use an advertising ID, fingerprint the device, profile behavior, create a marketing audience, or show sponsored content. Its runtime dependencies are limited to Android platform and AndroidX application support code.
10
Sharing, disclosure, sale, and third parties
Because the app does not transmit or provide an export function, the publisher does not receive app board state and does not share, disclose, rent, or sell it to third parties. The app does not provide a public profile, chat, feed, directory, leaderboard, donation processor, service referral, or recipient list. Device access by another person is governed by the user's physical and operating-system security.
11
External links, contact, export, and network behavior
Reference names and URLs appear as offline plain text for transparency. The app does not fetch those sites or open a browser, email client, share sheet, cloud drive, printer, or file exporter. The separate public support site may link to official external resources; visiting a link from a browser is outside the app and subject to that site and browser's practices. The app has no contact form or automated contact channel.
12
Retention
Generic local quantities and check states remain until the user changes them, uses a clear/reset control, clears the app's storage in Android settings, or uninstalls the app. No remote retention period exists because the app creates no publisher-held copy. Users should clear a completed or abandoned board, especially on a shared or unlocked device.
13
Deletion, backup, restore, and device transfer
Clear kit removes all generic item quantities and checks. Reset all local data clears all app preferences after confirmation. Android cloud backup and device-to-device transfer are disabled for KindKit Table data in the manifest and data-extraction rules. The app has no remote copy to restore or delete and no account-deletion request process. Users may also uninstall the app.
14
Security measures and limits
Data minimization, app-private Android storage, no network permission, no third-party data SDK, no free text, and disabled backup and transfer reduce exposure. They do not make an unlocked, shared, rooted, compromised, screen-recorded, or physically accessed device confidential. The app is not a secure case-management or evidence system. Users remain responsible for device access controls and timely clearing.
15
Children, Families, and safeguarding
The app is not designed for independent child use and does not target children with accounts, social interaction, data collection, location, or personalized content. An authorized adult must inspect products, labels, small parts, cords, batteries, plastic bags, food, allergens, hygiene items, and age suitability before a child can access a kit. The app cannot receive a safeguarding report or contact emergency services.
16
Food, allergy, health, storage, and emergency limitations
Content is general education about organizing ordinary supplies. It is not medical, nutritional, dietary, allergy, food-safety, public-health, occupational, legal, or emergency advice. The app does not diagnose, treat, prevent, cure, monitor, calculate nutrition or hydration, test products or water, read labels, issue recalls, or assess safe lifting. Follow current product labels and local advisories, physically inspect supplies, and seek qualified professional or emergency help when appropriate.
17
Policy changes and user choices
A future release that adds network access, accounts, forms, export, SDKs, permissions, backup, contact, or other material behavior will require a revised policy and Play declarations. The effective date will identify the applicable version. Users may choose not to save a kit, may remove items or checks at any time, may reset all local data, and may stop using or uninstall the app.
